Garuḍa Array and the Ardhacandra Counter-Formation
रथे भीष्मस्य चिक्षेप यथा देवो धनेश्वर: । उधर श्वेतने क्रोधसे व्याप्त हो उस गदाको आकाशमें घुमाकर भीष्मके रथपर फेंक दिया, मानो कुबेरने गदाका प्रहार किया हो ।।
rathe bhīṣmasya cikṣepa yathā devo dhaneśvaraḥ | tayā bhīṣmanipātinyā sa ratho bhasmasāt-kṛtaḥ ||
ক্রোধে ব্যাকুল হয়ে সে গদাটি আকাশে ঘুরিয়ে ভীষ্মের রথের উপর নিক্ষেপ করল—যেন ধনেশ্বর কুবের নিজ গদা দিয়ে আঘাত করলেন। সেই ভীষ্ম-নিপাতিনী আঘাতে রথটি ভস্মীভূত হয়ে গেল।
