Garuḍa Array and the Ardhacandra Counter-Formation
मत्तो गज: पर्यवर्तद्धयांश्व॒ हतसादिन:
sañjaya uvāca | matto gajaḥ paryavartad dhayāṁś ca hatasādinaḥ, jighāṁsantaṁ yudhāṁ śreṣṭha tadā āsīt tumulaṁ mahat |
সঞ্জয় বললেন—হে রাজন, যুদ্ধের ঘনঘটায় উন্মত্ত হাতিরা ঘুরে বেড়াতে লাগল, আর যাদের আরোহী নিহত হয়েছে সেই ঘোড়াগুলি বিভ্রান্ত হয়ে ছুটোছুটি করতে লাগল। শ্রেষ্ঠ যোদ্ধাকে বধ করতে উদ্যত বীরেরা যখন ধেয়ে এল, তখনই মহা ভয়ংকর যুদ্ধ-কলরব উঠল।
