Evening Withdrawal after Arjuna’s Counter-Advance
उत्तरं वै हतं दृष्टवा वैराटिग्भरातरं तदा । कृतवर्मणा च सहित दृष्टवा शल्यमवस्थितम्
uttaraṃ vai hataṃ dṛṣṭvā vairāṭi-bhrātaraṃ tadā | kṛtavarmaṇā ca sahitaṃ dṛṣṭvā śalyam avasthitam ||
তখন বিরাট-কন্যার ভ্রাতা উত্তরকে নিহত দেখে এবং কৃতবর্মার সঙ্গে শল্যকে দৃঢ়ভাবে অবস্থান করতে দেখে (যোদ্ধাদের মনে শোক ও ক্রোধ আরও ঘনীভূত হল)।
