Droṇa–Dhṛṣṭadyumna-yuddha (द्रोण-धृष्टद्युम्न-युद्धम्) — Tactical duel and allied interventions
Cekitāno 'pi saṃrabdhaḥ Suśarmāṇaṃ mahāhave | prācchādayat tam iṣubhir mahāmegha ivācalam ||

The verse highlights kṣatriya-dharma in wartime: courage and decisive action are expected, yet the imagery also suggests that anger, when harnessed to duty, becomes a forceful but purposeful instrument rather than mere cruelty.
Cekitāna, stirred to anger, attacks Suśarmā in the thick of battle and overwhelms him with a barrage of arrows, likened to a rain-cloud covering a mountain with heavy rainfall.
