भीमसेनस्य बहुमहारथसंयुगः

मामद्य सात्वतश्रेष्ठ पातयस्व महाहवे । त्वया हि देव संग्रामे हतस्यापि ममानघ
mām adya sātvataśreṣṭha pātayasva mahāhave | tvayā hi deva-saṅgrāme hatasyāpi mamānagha ||
হে সাত্বতশ্রেষ্ঠ! আজ এই মহাযুদ্ধে আমাকে ভূমিতে পতিত করো। হে নিষ্পাপ! দেবসম যুদ্ধে তোমার হাতে নিহত হলেও তা আমার লজ্জা নয়—বরং তা-ই আমার শোভন পরিণতি।
