Multiple Defensive Engagements to Protect Bhīṣma
तामापतन्तीं सहसा द्विधा चिच्छेद भारत: । क्षुप्राभ्यां सुतीक्षणा भ्यां सा व्यशीर्यत मेदिनीम्
tām āpatantīṃ sahasā dvidhā ciccheda bhārataḥ | kṣuraprābhyāṃ sutīkṣṇābhyāṃ sā vyaśīryata medinīm ||
সঞ্জয় বললেন—যে শক্তি হঠাৎ ধেয়ে আসছিল, ভারতবংশীয় ভীষ্ম তাঁর অতি তীক্ষ্ণ দুই ক্ষুরপ্র বাণে তা দ্বিখণ্ডিত করলেন; ছিন্নভিন্ন হয়ে তা ভূমিতে পড়ে গেল।
