कं भवत्यै प्रयच्छामि गुर्वर्थ विनियुड्धक्ष्य माम्‌ । प्रियं हितं च काड्क्षामि प्राणैरपि धनैरपि

Transliteration

kaṃ bhavatyai prayacchāmi gurvarthaṃ viniyuddhakṣya mām | priyaṃ hitaṃ ca kāṅkṣāmi prāṇair api dhanair api ||

Translation

গৌতম বললেন—“মাতাজি! গুরুদক্ষিণা হিসেবে আপনাকে আমি কী নিবেদন করব? আমাকে আদেশ করুন। প্রাণ দিয়েও, সমস্ত ধন দিয়েও, আমি আপনার প্রিয় ও মঙ্গলকর কাজ করতে চাই।”
