गौतम उवाच त्वत्प्रीतियुक्तेन मया गुरुशुश्रूषया तव । व्यतिक्रामन्महाकालो नावबुद्धो द्विजर्षभ
Gautama uvāca: tvat-prīti-yuktena mayā guru-śuśrūṣayā tava | vyatikrāman mahā-kālo nāvabuddho dvijarṣabha ||
গৌতম বললেন— হে দ্বিজশ্রেষ্ঠ! তোমার গুরুশুশ্রূষার কারণে আমার হৃদয় তোমার প্রতি স্নেহে পূর্ণ হয়ে উঠেছিল; তাই এত দীর্ঘ কাল অতিক্রান্ত হলেও আমি তা লক্ষই করিনি।
