माल्यैर्गन्धैश्व विविधैरर्चयित्वा यथाविधि । कुल्यानि तेषां संयोज्य तदाचख्युर्महीपते:

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca |

mālyair gandhaiś ca vividhair arcayitvā yathāvidhi |

kulyāni teṣāṃ saṃyojya tadācakhyur mahīpateḥ ||

Translation

বৈশম্পায়ন বললেন—নানাবিধ মালা ও সুগন্ধ দ্রব্য দিয়ে বিধিপূর্বক অর্চনা করে, তারা তাদের অস্থি-অবশেষ একত্র ও সুবিন্যস্ত করে পরে সেই বিষয়টি পৃথিবীপতি রাজার কাছে নিবেদন করল।
