King Duḥṣanta’s Entry into the Forest Hunt
युध्यतोरपतदू रेतस्तच्चापि यमुनाम्भसि । तत्राद्विकेति विख्याता ब्रह्मशापाद् वराप्सरा:
yudhyator apatad retaś taccāpi yamunāmbhasi | tatrādviketi vikhyātā brahmaśāpād varāpsarāḥ ||
তাদের যুদ্ধ চলাকালে সেই বীর্য যমুনার জলে পড়ে গেল। সেখানে ‘অদ্রিকা’ নামে খ্যাত এক শ্রেষ্ঠ অপ্সরা ব্রহ্মার শাপে মাছরূপে যমুনায় বাস করত।
