कान्यकुब्जे महानासीत् पार्थिवो भरतर्षभ । गाधीति विश्रुतो लोके कुशिकस्यात्मसम्भव:,भरतवंशशिरोमणे! कान्यकुब्ज देशमें एक बहुत बड़े राजा थे, जो इस लोकमें गाधिके नामसे विख्यात थे। वे कुशिकके औरस पुत्र बताये जाते हैं
kānyakubje mahān āsīt pārthivo bharatarṣabha | gādhīti viśruto loke kuśikasyātmasambhavaḥ ||
হে ভরতশ্রেষ্ঠ! কান্যকুব্জে এক মহারাজা ছিলেন, যিনি জগতে ‘গাধি’ নামে প্রসিদ্ধ। তিনি কুশিকের সত্য পুত্র ছিলেন।
