न दूरं नगरं मन्ये वनादस्मादहं विभो । शीघ्र गच्छाम भद्रं ते न नो विद्यात् सुयोधन:,'प्रभो! मैं समझता हूँ, इस वनसे नगर अब दूर नहीं है। तुम्हारा कल्याण हो। अब हमलोग शीघ्र चलें, जिससे दुर्योधनको हमारा पता न लग सके”
na dūraṁ nagaraṁ manye vanād asmād ahaṁ vibho | śīghraṁ gacchāma bhadraṁ te na no vidyāt suyodhanaḥ ||
বৈশম্পায়ন বললেন—হে পরাক্রমশালী! আমার মনে হয় এই বন থেকে নগর দূরে নয়। তোমার মঙ্গল হোক। চলো, আমরা দ্রুত যাই, যাতে সুয়োধন (দুর্যোধন) আমাদের খবর না পায়।
