स वारुणिस्तपस्तेपे तस्मिन् भरतसत्तम | वने पुण्यकृतां श्रेष्ठ: स्वादुमूलफलोदके
sa vāruṇis tapaḥ tepe tasmin bharatasattama | vane puṇyakṛtāṃ śreṣṭhaḥ svādu-mūla-phalodake ||
হে ভরতশ্রেষ্ঠ! সেই বনে সুস্বাদু মূল, ফল ও জল সহজলভ্য ছিল; পুণ্যবানদের মধ্যে শ্রেষ্ঠ বরুণনন্দন মহর্ষি বসিষ্ঠ সেখানেই তপস্যা করতেন।
