देवैर्विष्णोः शरणागमनम्—शिवलिङ्गस्थापनं, शिवसहस्रनामस्तवः, सुदर्शनचक्रप्रदानं च

स्कन्धः स्कन्धधरो धुर्यः प्रकटः प्रीतिवर्धनः अपराजितः सर्वसहो विदग्धः सर्ववाहनः

skandhaḥ skandhadharo dhuryaḥ prakaṭaḥ prītivardhanaḥ aparājitaḥ sarvasaho vidagdhaḥ sarvavāhanaḥ

তিনি স্কন্ধ—আধারস্তম্ভ; স্কন্ধধর, ধুর্য—জগতের ভার বহনকারী অগ্রগণ্য। তিনি প্রকাশিত, স্বয়ংপ্রকাশ, এবং ভক্তির আনন্দ বৃদ্ধি করেন। তিনি অপরাজিত, সর্বসহ—সব সহিষ্ণু; বিদগ্ধ—পরম বিচক্ষণ, এবং সর্ববাহন—সমস্ত যান/উপায়ের ধারক‑নিয়ন্তা, যিনি জীবকে বন্ধন থেকে মুক্তির পথে গতি দেন।
