Transliteration

samproktaṃ rudragāyatryā āsanaṃ praṇavena vai pañcabhiḥ snapanaṃ proktaṃ rudrādyaiś ca viśeṣataḥ

Translation

আসন-ক্রিয়া রুদ্রগায়ত্রী ও নিশ্চয়ই প্রণব (ওঁ) দ্বারা বিধেয়। স্নপন (অভিষেক) পাঁচ শুদ্ধি-মন্ত্রে, বিশেষত রুদ্র-মন্ত্রাদি দ্বারা বলা হয়েছে।
