पृथा तु भ्रातरं प्राप्तमक्रूरमुपसृत्य तम् । उवाच जन्मनिलयं स्मरन्त्यश्रुकलेक्षणा ॥ ७ ॥
pṛthā tu bhrātaraṁ prāptam akrūram upasṛtya tam uvāca janma-nilayaṁ smaranty aśru-kalekṣaṇā
কুন্তীদেবী ভাই অক্রূরের আগমনকে সুযোগ করে গোপনে তাঁর কাছে গেলেন। জন্মভূমি স্মরণ করতে করতে অশ্রুসজল নয়নে তিনি কথা বললেন।
