Sukta 9
घृतं प्रोक्षन्ती सुभगा देवी देवान् गमिष्यति । पक्तारमघ्न्ये मा हिंसीर्दिवं प्रेहि शतौदने
ghṛtáṃ prókṣantī subhágā devī́ devā́n gamiṣyati | paktā́ram aghnye mā́ hiṃsīr dívaṃ préhi śatā́udane
Sprinkling with ghee, the gracious Goddess goeth unto the Gods. O Cow inviolable, harm not the cooker: go thou to Heaven with the Hundred-Odana.
ঘৃত ছিটিয়ে (প্রোক্ষণ করে) শুভগা দেবী দেবগণের কাছে যাবে। হে অঘ্ন্যা (অবধ্য) গাভী, রাঁধুনিকে ক্ষতি কোরো না; হে শতৌদন, তুমি স্বর্গে গমন করো।
