विक्रान्तं प्रकृतिकोपेन घातयेत् ॥ कZ_०५.६.२६ ॥
Transliteration
vikrāntaṃ prakṛti-kopena ghātayet
Translation
যে সীমা ছাড়িয়ে অতিরিক্ত দাপট দেখায়, তাকে রাষ্ট্রের প্রকৃতিগুলির ক্রোধ উসকে দিয়ে নিহত করাতে হবে।
