अन्यैरमात्यगुणैरयुक्ता ह्येते ॥ कZ_०१.८.१५ ॥
Transliteration
anyair amātyaguṇair ayuktā hy ete
Translation
কারণ এরা (কার্যসম্পাদকরা) মন্ত্রীদের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় অন্যান্য গুণে এখনও যুক্ত নাও হতে পারে।
