Transliteration

upalabhamāno nānutiṣṭhaty āhāryabuddhiḥ

Translation

বোঝানো ও বুঝতে পারলেও, ধার করা (পরনির্ভর) বুদ্ধির ব্যক্তি করণীয় কাজ সম্পাদন করে না।
