Transliteration

rājā ātmadravyaprakṛtisampanno nayasyādhiṣṭhānaṃ vijigīṣuḥ

Translation

ব্যক্তিগত সক্ষমতা, সম্পদ এবং রাষ্ট্রের সুদৃঢ় প্রকৃতি (অঙ্গ) দ্বারা সমৃদ্ধ বিজিগীষু রাজাই নীতি (নয়)-এর প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক আশ্রয়/কেন্দ্র।
