तस्यातिक्रम उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च कर्मणा व्यापादनेन च ॥ कZ_०४.८.२० ॥

Transliteration

tasyātikrama uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca karmaṇā vyāpādanena ca

Translation

ওই (নিষেধ) লঙ্ঘন করলে সর্বোচ্চ দণ্ড হবে—কর্মকারী ও করানো/আদেশদাতা উভয়েরই; এবং সেই কর্মের ফলে সংঘটিত ক্ষতি বা মৃত্যুর জন্যও (দায় থাকবে)।
