बन्धनागारे च बालवृद्धव्याधितानाथानां जातनक्षत्रपौर्णमासीषु विसर्गः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.४४ ॥

Transliteration

bandhanāgāre ca bāla-vṛddha-vyādhita-anāthānāṃ jāta-nakṣatra-paurṇamāsīṣu visargaḥ.

Translation

কারাগারেও শিশু, বৃদ্ধ, রোগী এবং অনাথ/অসহায়দের জন্মদিন/জন্মনক্ষত্রের দিন এবং পূর্ণিমার দিনে মুক্তি (বা ছুটি) দেওয়া উচিত।
