हिंस्रिका निर्घातयेत् अमित्रविषयातिगाः पण्यपत्तनचारित्रोपघातिकाश्च ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१२ ॥

Transliteration

hiṃsrikā nirghātayet amitraviṣayātigāḥ paṇyapattanacāritropaghātikāśca

Translation

হিংস্র/লুটেরা অপরাধীদের দমন করতে হবে—যারা (অবৈধভাবে) শত্রু-ভূমিতে অনুপ্রবেশ করে এবং যারা বাণিজ্য ও বন্দরনগরের প্রতিষ্ঠিত পথ-প্রথা ব্যাহত করে।
