अभ्युद्धार्यं बदराम्ले लवणोदके वा सादयन्ति । इति पेटकः ॥ कZ_०२.१४.३३ ॥

Transliteration

abhyuddhāryaṃ badarāmle lavaṇodake vā sādayanti | iti peṭakaḥ

Translation

‘অভ্যুদ্ধার্য’ (আলাদা হয়ে বসে যাওয়া/ভেজাল অংশ)কে বরই-টক দ্রবণে বা লবণজলে বসিয়ে দেওয়া হয়—এটিই ‘পেটক’ পদ্ধতি।
