দ্বিতীয় অৱতাৰ ‘তারা’ নামে, আৰু তেনেদৰে শক্তিৰ নামো ‘তারা’ই। তেওঁলোক দুয়ো ভোগ আৰু মোক্ষ প্ৰদান কৰে আৰু নিজৰ সেবক-ভক্তক সুখ দিয়ে।
