তাৰ পিছত শাস্ত্ৰবিধি অনুসাৰে পবিত্ৰ জলবিন্দুৰে পদ্মক সংপ্ৰোক্ষণ কৰি শুদ্ধ কৰিব লাগে। তাৰ পাছত আধাৰ আদি পৰা আৰম্ভ কৰি ক্ৰমে ক্ৰমে দিৱ্য আসন সাজিব লাগে।
