asti me bhagavankaścittīrthe yo dharmasaṃśayaḥ | tadahaṃ śrotumicchāmi pṛthaksaṃkīrtanaṃ tvayā
Unspecified (a disciple/questioner addressing a revered teacher as 'bhagavan')
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
Type: tirtha
Sandhi Resolution Notes: भगवन्कश्चित् = भगवन् + कश्चित्; कश्चित्तीर्थे = कश्चित् + तीर्थे; तदहं = तत् + अहम्; श्रोतुमिच्छामि = श्रोतुम् + इच्छामि; मनश्चैव (in later verse) pattern noted; here no further mandatory splits.
The speaker asks the teacher to resolve a doubt about dharma related to a particular tīrtha and to explain it distinctly and in detail.
It implies a clear, separate, step-by-step explanation—an organized account rather than a brief or mixed description.
It models humility and careful inquiry: when unsure about dharma, one should seek clarification from a trustworthy authority rather than act on confusion.
