Determination of Tithi for Fasts, Parana, and Pitri Rites
तस्माद्विप्रा न कर्त्व्या विद्धाप्येकादशी तिथिः । यथा हंतिपुरा पुण्यं श्राद्धं च वृषलीपतिः ॥ ४४ ॥
tasmādviprā na kartvyā viddhāpyekādaśī tithiḥ | yathā haṃtipurā puṇyaṃ śrāddhaṃ ca vṛṣalīpatiḥ || 44 ||
সেয়ে হেতু হে বিপ্ৰসকল, ‘বিদ্ধা’ একাদশী তিথি পালন কৰা উচিত নহয়; যেনেকৈ বৃষলীপতি নগৰৰ পুণ্য নষ্ট কৰে, তেনেকৈ সি শ্রাদ্ধৰ ফলও বিনষ্ট কৰে।
