नित्यं नैमित्तिकं काम्यं त्रिविधं श्राद्धमुच्यते नित्यं तावत्प्रवक्ष्यामि अर्घ्यावाहनवर्जितम् //

শ্ৰাদ্ধ তিন প্ৰকাৰ বুলি কোৱা হয়—নিত্য, নৈমিত্তিক আৰু কাম্য। প্ৰথমে মই নিত্য শ্ৰাদ্ধ ব্যাখ্যা কৰিম; ই অৰ্ঘ্যদান আৰু আৱাহনবর্জিত।
