Transliteration

*śaunaka uvāca śrutvā kumāraṃ jātaṃ sā devayānī śucismitā cintayāviṣṭaduḥkhārtā śarmiṣṭhāṃ prati bhārata //

Translation

শৌনকে ক’লে—পুত্ৰ জন্মিছে বুলি শুনি শুচিস্মিতা দেবযানী চিন্তাত আচ্ছন্ন হৈ দুখে কাতৰ হ’ল; হে ভাৰত, তেওঁৰ মন শর্মিষ্ঠাৰ ফালে ঘূৰি গ’ল।
