Virāṭa-parva Adhyāya 25: Kaurava Deliberation and the Search Directive (अन्वेषण-आदेशः)
किंचित्काले मनुष्येन्द्र सूतानामनुगा वयम् । मृगयित्वा यथान्यायं वेदितार्था: सम तत्त्वतः,मानवेन्द्र! कुछ कालतक हमलोग उनके सारथियोंके पीछे लगे रहे और अच्छी तरह खोज करके हमने एक यथार्थ बातका ठीक-ठीक पता लगा लिया है
kiṃcitkāle manuṣyendra sūtānām anugā vayam | mṛgayitvā yathānyāyaṃ veditārthāḥ sma tattvataḥ ||
বৈশম্পায়ন ক’লে—হে মনুষ্যেন্দ্ৰ! কিছু কাল আমি তেওঁলোকৰ সাৰথিসকলৰ পিছে পিছে গৈছিলোঁ। বিধিমতে অনুসন্ধান কৰি সত্য অনুসাৰে বিষয়টো যথাৰ্থভাৱে জানি ল’লোঁ।
