अन्धान वृद्धांस्तथानाथान्‌ बालानू्‌ राष्ट्रेषु दुर्गतान्‌ । बिभर्ति विविधान्‌ राजा धृतिमान्‌ सत्यविक्रम: । संविभागमना नित्यमानृशंस्याद्‌ युधिष्ठिर:

Transliteration

andhān vṛddhāṁs tathānāthān bālānū rāṣṭreṣu durgatān | bibharti vividhān rājā dhṛtimān satyavikramaḥ | saṁvibhāgamanā nityam ānṛśaṁsyād yudhiṣṭhiraḥ, dhairyavān tathā satyaparākramī |

Translation

বৈশম্পায়নে ক’লে—ধৈৰ্যশীল আৰু সত্যত স্থিত পৰাক্ৰমী ৰজা যুধিষ্ঠিৰ, কোমল স্বভাৱৰ বাবে সদায় ন্যায়সঙ্গত বণ্টনত মন দিত। তেওঁ নিজৰ ৰাজ্যত অন্ধ, বৃদ্ধ, অনাথ, শিশু আৰু দুৰৱস্থাত পৰা নানা ধৰণৰ লোকক নিৰন্তৰ পালন-পোষণ কৰিছিল।
