वैशम्पायन उवाच अयं राजन ब्रवीम्येतत् तस्य गुहां विभावसो: । यादृशे कुण्डले ते च कवचं चैव यादृशम्,वैशम्पायनजीने कहा--राजन्! सूर्यदेवकी दृष्टिमें जो गोपनीय रहस्य था, उसे बताता हूँ। इसके साथ कर्णके कुण्डल और कवच कैसे थे? यह भी बता रहा हूँ
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: ayaṃ rājan bravīmy etat tasya guhāṃ Vibhāvasoḥ | yādṛśe kuṇḍale te ca kavacaṃ caiva yādṛśam ||
বৈশম্পায়নে ক’লে—হে ৰাজন! বিভাৱসু (সূৰ্য)-এ জানি থকা সেই গোপন রহস্য মই ক’ম; লগতে কৰ্ণৰ কুণ্ডল কেনেকুৱা আছিল আৰু তাৰ কবচ কেনেকুৱা আছিল সেয়াও বৰ্ণনা কৰিম।
