Koṭikāśya’s Inquiry to the Radiant Woman near the Kadamba (कोटिकाश्यप्रश्नः)
आयोधितास्तु गन्धर्वा: सुचिरं सोदरैर्मम । मया सह महाबाहो कृतश्चनो भयत: क्षय:,महाबाहो! मेरे भाइयोंने मेरे साथ रहकर गन्धर्वोंके साथ बहुत देरतक युद्ध किया और उसमें दोनों पक्षके बहुत-से सैनिक मारे गये
āyodhitās tu gandharvāḥ suciraṃ sodarair mama | mayā saha mahābāho kṛtaś ca no bhayataḥ kṣayaḥ ||
মহাবাহো! মোৰ সহোদৰ ভাতৃসকলে মোৰ সৈতে মিলি গন্ধৰ্বসকলৰ সৈতে বহু সময় ধৰি যুদ্ধ কৰিছিল। সেই সংঘৰ্ষত উভয় পক্ষৰ বহু যোদ্ধা নিহত হ’ল আৰু আমাৰ ওপৰত ভয় আৰু বিনাশ নামি আহিল।
दुर्योधन उवाच

Duryodhana reports that he and his brothers fought the Gandharvas for a long time, and that the clash resulted in heavy losses and a state of fear and devastation for those involved.
