ब्राह्मणानुयात्रा—शौनकोपदेशः
Brāhmaṇas Follow into Exile and Śaunaka’s Instruction
अत्र पूर्वक्षतुर्वर्ग: पितृयाणपथे स्थित: । कर्तव्यमिति यत् कार्य नाभिमानात् समाचरेत्
atra pūrvakṣaturvargaḥ pitṛyāṇapathe sthitaḥ | kartavyam iti yat kāryaṃ nābhimānāt samācaret |
ইয়াত পূৰ্বে বৰ্ণিত চাৰিধৰ্মৰ সমষ্টি পিতৃযান-পথত অৱস্থিত; অৰ্থাৎ এই চাৰিটা যদি ফলকামনাৰে আচৰিত হয়, তেন্তে সেয়া পিতৃযান-মাৰ্গে লৈ যায়। কিন্তু অগ্নিহোত্ৰ, সন্ধ্যোপাসনা আদি যি নিত্য-কৰ্তব্য কৰ্ম, সেয়া কেৱল কৰ্তব্য-বুদ্ধিৰে, অহংকাৰ ত্যাগ কৰি, আচৰণ কৰা উচিত।
