उत्तङ्कोपाख्यानप्रारम्भः — Uttanka’s Tapas, Viṣṇu-stuti, and the Dhundhumāra Prophecy
Opening
हा मातस्तात पुत्रेति तास्ता वाच: सुदारुणा: । विक्रोशमानान् सुभृशं दस्यून् नेष्यति संक्षयम्,उस समय चोर और लुटेरे दर्दभरी वाणीमें “हाय मैया”, “हाय बप्पा” और “हाय बेटा' इत्यादि कहकर जोर-जोरसे चीत्कार करेंगे और उन सबका भगवान् कल्की विनाश कर डालेंगे। भारत! दस्युओंके नष्ट हो जानेपर अधर्मका भी नाश हो जायगा और धर्मकी वृद्धि होने लगेगी। इस प्रकार सत्ययुग आ जानेपर सब मनुष्य सत्यकर्मपरायण होंगे
hā mātas tāta putreti tāstā vācaḥ sudāruṇāḥ | vikrośamānān subhṛśaṃ dasyūn neṣyati saṃkṣayam ||
“হায় মা! হায় দেউতা! হায় পুত্ৰ!”—এনেকুৱা অতি কৰুণ আৰু দাৰুণ বাক্যৰে জোৰে জোৰে ক্ৰন্দন কৰা দস্যুসকলক (ভগৱান) কল্কিয়ে সম্পূৰ্ণ বিনাশলৈ নিবলৈ ধৰিব।
