तमनादृत्य पद्मानि जिहीर्षसि बलादृत: । धर्मराजस्य चात्मानं ब्रवीषि भ्रातरं कथम्,भीमसेन! तुम अपने बलके घमंडमें आकर कुबेरकी अवहेलना करके यहाँसे कमलपुष्पोंका अपहरण करना चाहते हो। ऐसी दशामें अपने-आपको धर्मराजका भाई कैसे बता रहे हो?
tam anādṛtya padmāni jihīrṣasi balādṛtaḥ | dharmarājasya cātmānaṁ bravīṣi bhrātaraṁ katham ||
তেওঁক (কুবেৰক) অনাদৰ কৰি, নিজৰ বলৰ গৰ্বত উন্মত্ত হৈ, তুমি জোৰ কৰি এই পদ্মফুল ল’ব খুজিছা। এনে অৱস্থাত তুমি নিজকে ধৰ্মৰাজৰ ভ্ৰাতা বুলি কেনেকৈ ক’ব পাৰা?
