महाह्द समासाद्य काश्यपस्तपसि स्थित: । दीर्घकालं परिश्रानन््त ऋषि: स देवसम्मित:,कश्यपगोत्रीय विभाण्डक मुनि देवताओंके समान सुन्दर थे। वे एक बहुत बड़े कुण्डमें प्रविष्ट होकर तपस्या करने लगे। उन्होंने दीर्घकालतक महान् क्लेश सहन किया
mahāhradaṃ samāsādya kāśyapas tapasi sthitaḥ | dīrghakālaṃ pariśrānto ṛṣiḥ sa devasammitaḥ ||
এটা বিশাল হ্ৰদলৈ গৈ কাশ্যপগোত্ৰীয় সেই ঋষি তপস্যাত স্থিত হ’ল। দেৱসম আদৰণীয় সেই মুনিয়ে দীঘলীয়া সময় কঠোৰ ক্লেশ সহ্য কৰিও নিজৰ ব্ৰতত অচল ৰ’ল।

A revered sage named Kāśyapa reaches a large lake and undertakes prolonged austerities there, enduring fatigue and hardship while remaining firmly established in penance.
