यत्र मां भगवान्‌ राजा श्वशुरो वाक्यमब्रवीत्‌ । वरं वृणीष्व पाज्चालि वराहासि मता मम,उस सभामें मेरे ऐश्वर्यशशाली श्वशुर राजा धुृतराष्ट्रने मुझे (आदर देते हुए) कहा --'पांचालराजकुमारी! मैं तुम्हें अपनी ओरसे मनोवांछित वर पानेके योग्य मानता हूँ। तुम कोई वर माँगो”

yatra māṁ bhagavān rājā śvaśuro vākyam abravīt | varaṁ vṛṇīṣva pāñcāli varāhāsi matā mama ||

সেই সভাত মোৰ পূজনীয় শ্বশুৰ মহাৰাজ ধৃতৰাষ্ট্ৰে মোক ক’লে—‘হে পাঞ্চালী, বৰ বাছি লোৱা; মোৰ মতে তুমি বৰ পোৱাৰ যোগ্য।’
