उतथ्योपदेशः—राजधर्मः, दर्पनिग्रहः, प्रजारक्षणम्
Utathya’s Instruction: Royal Dharma, Restraint of Pride, Protection of Subjects
उभौ लोकावभिप्रेक्ष्य राजानमृषय: स्वयम् । असृजन् सुमहद् भूतमयं धर्मो भविष्यति
ubhau lokāv abhiprekṣya rājānam ṛṣayaḥ svayam | asṛjan sumahad bhūtamayaṃ dharmo bhaviṣyati ||
ইহলোক আৰু পৰলোক—উভয়ক দৃষ্টিত ৰাখি—ঋষিসকলে স্বয়ং ‘ৰাজা’ নামৰ এক মহাশক্তিমান মানবসত্তা সৃষ্টি কৰিলে; এই ভাবনাৰে যে ‘ই সাক്ഷাৎ ধৰ্মস্বৰূপ হ’ব’।
