Kośārtha-Rājadharma: Ethical Revenue Collection and Social Regulation (कोशार्थ-राजधर्मः)
दमयतन्निव दम्यानि शश्चद् भारं विवर्धयेत् । मृदुपूर्व प्रयत्नेन पाशानभ्यवहारयेत्
damayatann iva damyāni śaścad bhāraṁ vivardhayet | mṛdu-pūrva-prayatnena pāśān abhyavahārayet ||
যেনেকৈ বোজা বহন কৰিবলৈ কিদাকলিক প্ৰথমে যত্নসহকাৰে নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ কৰি ধীৰে ধীৰে বোজা বঢ়ায়, তেনেকৈ ৰজাইও আৰম্ভণিতে কৰৰ বোজা হালকা ৰাখি পাছত অলপ অলপকৈ বঢ়াব লাগে।
