इति वाचा मधुरया शलक्ष्णया सोपचारया । स्वरश्मीनभ्यवसृजेद् योगमाधाय कालवित्
iti vācā madhurayā śalakṣṇayā sopacārayā | svaraśmīn abhyavasṛjed yogam ādhāya kālavit ||
এইদৰে মধুৰ, কোমল আৰু শিষ্ট বাক্যৰে—সময় আৰু পৰিস্থিতি জনা ৰজাই—যথাযুক্ত কৌশল অৱলম্বন কৰি আগবাঢ়িব লাগে। কঠোৰতাৰে নহয়; স্নেহভৰা অনুনয়-বাক্যৰে বুজাই উপযুক্ত উপায় গ্ৰহণ কৰি ৰাজ্যৰ প্ৰয়োজনত গৃহে গৃহে ধনসংগ্ৰহৰ বাবে নিজৰ সেৱক বা পদাতিকক পঠিয়াব লাগে।
