Chapter 81: Trust, Allies, and the Qualifications of the King’s Artha-Secretary (अर्थसचिव)
विश्वस्तवदविश्व॒स्तस्तेषु वर्तेत सर्वदा । न हि दोषो गुणो वेति निरूप्यस्तेषु दृश्यते,उनपर विश्वास तो न करे; परंतु विश्वास करनेवालेकी ही भाँति सदा उनके साथ बर्ताव करे। उनमें दोष है या गुण इसका निर्णय करनेकी आवश्यकता नहीं दिखायी देती है
viśvastavad aviśvastas teṣu varteta sarvadā | na hi doṣo guṇo veti nirūpyas teṣu dṛśyate ||
তেওঁলোকৰ ওপৰত সঁচাকৈ বিশ্বাস নকৰিব; তথাপি বিশ্বাসী মানুহৰ দৰে সদায় তেওঁলোকৰ সৈতে আচৰণ কৰিব। তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত দোষ নে গুণ—এই বিষয়ে চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত কৰাটো ন প্ৰয়োজনীয় যেন লাগে, ন সম্ভৱ।
