न ममार्थो5स्ति राज्येन भोगैर्वा कुरुनन्दन । कुरुनन्दन! तुम इस निष्कण्टक एवं कुशल-क्षेमसे युक्त पृथ्वीका शासन करो। मुझे राज्य और भोगोंसे कोई मतलब नहीं है

na mamārtho 'sti rājyena bhogair vā kurunandana | kurunandana niṣkaṇṭakaṁ kuśala-kṣema-yuktaṁ pṛthivīṁ tvaṁ śādhi | mama rājyena bhogaiś ca na kiñcid prayojanam ||

যুধিষ্ঠিৰে ক’লে— হে কুৰুনন্দন! মোৰ বাবে ৰাজ্যৰো কোনো প্ৰয়োজন নাই, ভোগৰো নাই। তুমি এই নিষ্কণ্টক—উপদ্ৰৱ আৰু উৎপীড়নমুক্ত—কুশল-ক্ষেমযুক্ত পৃথিৱী শাসন কৰা। মোৰ বাবে ৰাজ্য আৰু ভোগত কোনো অৰ্থ নাই।
