তাৰ পিছত সেই দুয়ো অসুৰে বেদসমূহক ‘সময়-বন্ধন’—অৰ্থাৎ প্ৰতিজ্ঞাৰ বন্ধন—ৰূপে স্থাপন কৰিলে।
