स्वयं भागमुपाप्राय पुरोडाशं गृहीतवान् | अदृश्येन हृतो भागो देवेन हरिमेधसा,भगवान् हयग्रीवने स्वयं अदृश्य रहकर ही अपने लिये अर्पित पुरोडाशको ग्रहण किया और उसे सूँघकर अपने अधीन कर लिया
svayaṁ bhāgam upāprāya puroḍāśaṁ gṛhītavān | adṛśyena hṛto bhāgo devena harimedhasā ||
ভীষ্মে ক’লে—তেওঁ স্বয়ং আহি নিজৰ ভাগ গ্ৰহণ কৰি পুৰোডাশ ল’লে। হৰিসদৃশ তীক্ষ্ণ মেধাসম্পন্ন এজন অদৃশ্য দেৱে সেই ভাগ অদৃশ্যভাৱে লৈ গ’ল—অৰ্পিত পুৰোডাশ তেওঁ গ্ৰহণ কৰিলে।
