viniṣkrāntaṃ tu taṃ dṛṣṭvā jvalantam iva tejasā | bhavo roṣa-samāviṣṭaḥ śūlodyata-karaḥ sthitaḥ ||
The verse highlights the ethical tension between immense personal/spiritual power (tejas) and the necessity of restraint to protect dharma. Even divine authority may respond sharply when a powerful force appears likely to disturb cosmic and social order.
A radiant figure emerges, shining intensely. Śiva (Bhava), seeing this, becomes angry again and stands ready with his trident raised, signaling imminent intervention or punishment.
