भीष्म उवाच अत्र ते वर्तयिष्यामि नारदेनानुकीर्तितम्‌ । उज्छवृत्ते: पुरावृत्तं यज्ञार्थे ब्राह्मणस्य च

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | atra te vartayiṣyāmi nāradenānukīrtitam | ucchavṛtteḥ purāvṛttaṃ yajñārthe brāhmaṇasya ca ||

Translation

ভীষ্মে ক’লে—যুধিষ্ঠিৰ! ইয়াত মই নাৰদে বৰ্ণনা কৰা সেই প্ৰাচীন ঘটনা তোমাক ক’ম—উচ্ছবৃত্তিৰে জীৱিকা নিৰ্বাহ কৰা এজন ব্ৰাহ্মণৰ যজ্ঞ-সম্পৰ্কীয় বৃত্তান্ত।
