फलेनानेन संयुक्तो राजर्षे गच्छ मुख्यताम् । भवता चाभ्यनुज्ञातो जपेयं भूय एव ह,*राजर्षे! इस फलसे संयुक्त होकर आप श्रेष्ठ गतिको प्राप्त कीजिये और आपकी आज्ञा लेकर मैं फिर जपमें लग जाऊँगा
phalena anena saṁyukto rājarṣe gaccha mukhyatām | bhavatā cābhyanujñāto japeyaṁ bhūya eva ha, rājarṣe |
ভীষ্মে ক’লে— হে ৰাজর্ষি, এই পুণ্যফলসহ তুমি পৰম অৱস্থালৈ গমন কৰা। আৰু তোমাৰ অনুমতি লৈ মই পুনৰ জপত প্ৰবৃত্ত হ’ম।
भीष्म उवाच
Merit (phala) gained through righteous conduct and instruction should be directed toward the highest good, and spiritual discipline like japa is to be resumed with humility and proper permission—showing reverence, restraint, and continuity in practice.
Bhishma addresses a king-sage, blessing him to attain the supreme state through the fruit of the discussed merit, and then asks leave to return to his own austerity—specifically, to resume japa.
